This upper storey additoin was built using Pryda Longreach floortrusses, prefabricated wallframes and roof trusses. When doing upper storey additions it is very important to have the existing roof open for as little time as possible. Through good planning an upper storey addition can be built very quickly and with very little disturbance to the existing house.
